This log lists material corrections and surface changes PlainPension applied after publication, including the 2026-08-09 hreflang path gate, dual-window vintage stamps, and page-vintage sitemap lastmods, plus the 2026-08-07 honest-org identity cleanup and the 2026-07-23 ARC-payment repair. Each entry is past-tense and tied to a repository commit; we do not invent rows to pad the list. How to report an issue is on the editorial & corrections policy and the typed corrections pathway.     Noindexed the 404 template so empty or retired URLs stop looking like valid indexable pages.

    Hardened ETL so a full rebuild refuses to destroy unrepopulatable rows, protecting stages that cannot be rebuilt from a single Public Plans Database extract.

    Refreshed ARC-coverage figures from the official Public Plans Database API and dropped records without an authoritative value rather than retaining prior corrupted values.
