How to use this tool

Combine with the grade and type filters to narrow down results. Click any result to see the plan's full health card,
historical funded ratio chart, ARC payment history, and methodology.
Note on funded ratios: A funded ratio above 80% is generally considered healthy by actuarial standards per the Government Accountability Office. Below 60% indicates severe stress. The PPD reports market-value funded ratios sourced from annual Form 5500 filings and CAFR financial reports.
